Nucynta (tapentadol) is an opoid pain relief medication. An opoid sometimes called tranquilizer.
Nucynta is a fabulously working medicine which is used to treat temperate or severe pain.
The broaden release from tapantadol is for continuous treatment of pain which is not controlled by other medication. You can not only use it for needed basis of pain but can also use it for reason not mentioned in medication list.
Important information:
Avoid taking Nucynta if you are suffering with any kind of heart problemsor having severe breathing issue. Because tapentadol can slow or may be stop you’re breathing. Never take the medicine in larger amounts, or for longer than prescribed manner. You should not crush or break the tablet engulf it fully at once.
Take the medicine according with the prescribed manner. Never share your medicine with others, because misuse of narcotic pain medicines can cause addiction which can even cause death.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant because nucynta can harm to newborn if mother has exercised it during the pregnancy.

Before taking this medicine:
You should avoid using nucynta if you are allergic to tapentadol, or if you are suffering with;
·Severe asthma or difficulty in breathing
·A bowel obstruction
You should not share nucynta with other person, particularly with the person who is having a history of drug abuse or addiction. Some medicines can interrelate with tapentadol and cause a stern situation called serotonin syndrome.
Make sure that your doctor should know about any other medicines you are using for depression, mental illness, migraine. Ask your doctor for about the changes to make within the medicine and how and when to make.
If you want the medicine to be effective and safe for you, tell your doctor if you are suffering with the bellow things:
- any kind of breathing difficulty or lung disease;
- a history of head injury, brain tumor, or seizures;
- a history of drug abuse, alcohol addiction, or mental illness;
- urination problems like burning sensation in urine
- liver or kidney disease;
- troubles with your gallbladder, pancreas, or thyroid; or
- If you use a narcotic like Valium (diazepam, alprazolam, lorazepam, Klonopin, Restoril, Tranxene, Versed, Xanax, and many others).
Nucynta is more expectable to cause breathing problems in older adults and to the people who are brutally ill, malnourished, or otherwise harmed.
Yet it is not known whether the nucynta will harm an unborn baby. But if you will use tapentadol during the pregnancy, your babe can become dependent on the drug. This can become life-threatening leaving symptoms in the baby after he or she is born. Baby born on habit of medicine dependent may need medical treatment for more than a few weeks. Hence inform your doctor at the first if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
This can cause life-threatening withdrawal symptoms in the baby after it is born. Babies born dependent on habit-forming medicine may need medical treatment for several weeks. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
It is now unknown whether the tapentadol exceed into breast milk or through that it can harm a baby or not. But for safe of side you should not breast feed while using the medicine.
